About Love'n Every Bite

Love'n Every Bite, the blog, began in 2010 with two foodies, Dawn Adams and Deborah Jordan.

Deborah in 2008 chose to cut gluten, dairy, and nightshades out of her diet in response to food intolerances she developed that turned out to be a consequence of contracting Lyme disease which had gone undetected until 2010. In 2009, Deborah began to collect and develop delicious recipes and brought healing to her relationship with food and life. In 2010, Dawn, who also observed a gluten-free lifestyle, and Deb became friends and shared their love of good food for eleven months until a new adventure made it necessary for Dawn to leave the project. 

Grateful for the collaborative beginning, Deborah continues recipe development for her mindfulness cookbook for food sensitive individuals (i.e. gluten-free, dairy-free, & low-glycemic).  Opportunities to preview recipes and provide feedback will be available in 2012.

Join me as I share and dialogue with readers about "food as a metaphor for life" as well as my adventures to various farmer’s markets, organic farms, great spice & kitchen stores, restaurants, and all things gluten-free.
